Camillo is back!!!30 ml Gin Bombay 30 ml Vermouth Martini Rubino 15 ml Bitter Martini 15 ml Cynar 10 ml Pomegranate Molasses Floating Prosecco Orange Foam Glass: Martini Glass Garnish: Orange peel
Method: Combine all the ingredients except the Prosecco Orange Foam in the Perlini Shaker and shake with CO2. Strain in the Martini Glass and top up with the Prosecco Orange Foam.
Pairing: Tomino Cheese rosted with Speck Ham and Nebbiolo Beetroot Reduction.
